Projects

A developer had a conventional cut-de-sac plan for a new development, but wanted something more progressive.  In collaboration, this plan was developed and ultimately implemented.  Features include multiple connections to the surrounding street grid, open communal space, garages on back alleys, sidewalks, and small homes pushed close to the street.
