The owners of this residence wanted to add an apartment in the back, a swimming pool, and a landscape plan that would facilitate their adding vegetable gardens and an orchard for their restaurant business. The solution involved creating outdoor spaces that ordered the apartment and gardens around them. The interior layout of the home is also being renovated to take advantage of the new view corridors.
