Projects

This project added two restrooms to the Bayside golf course at the Ocean City Golf & Yacht club.  The program was for a men’s room, a women’s room, and a small utility closet.  The budget was extremely tight, and the clients wanted a simple, attractive building that would blend into the golf course setting.  The solution involved two separate restrooms, connected by a roof that spans between them, providing shelter for sudden rain showers.  Construction is concrete block, for durability and low cost, but all of the vertical grout lines are covered with cedar 1×2 battens, which conceal the humble construction method.
