Problem: Design a 16 unit condominium building using sustainable design strategies and maximizing views over the bay.
Solution: Each unit has a unique plan, orienting it towards the views and protecting privacy from other units. Exposed post and beam construction and extensive built-ins are used on the interiors to define space. The roof is a public space largely covered with a vegetated roof.
