Rehoboth Beach Residence Addition & Renovation Phase II, 2025
"David transformed an underused sunroom into a stunning primary bathroom, reimagining the space in ways we never could have dreamed up. We went from a cramped bath with single vanity and no storage to a spacious retreat with double vanity, sculptural tub, water closet, huge shower room, and ample storage. The new bath connects to a large dressing room with integrated lighting, and a new bedroom with oversized windows, hardwood floors, accent wall, and retro sconces. The renovation has totally transformed our home and the way we live and increased the value of the property immensely. We couldn't be more thrilled."
